Agile Tech UAB ("we", "us", "our") operates the WiFi Diagnostic website and quiz service at wifidiagnostic.io. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

4. Third-party services

Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your quiz answers to generate a personalised diagnosis. Your answers are sent without your name or email. Anthropic Privacy Policy
TechFibrr — our product checkout partner. When you click a buy button, you are redirected to techfibrr.com which has its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. Data retention

Quiz session data — retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted
Email addresses — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Analytics data — retained for 12 months in aggregated form

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of your data
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Restrict processing — limit how we use your data
Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time (e.g., unsubscribe from emails)

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies:

admin_session — authentication cookie for admin dashboard access only. HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict. Not used for regular visitors.

We do not use tracking cookies, third-party cookies, or advertising pixels on the quiz itself.

8. Data security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, server-side API key storage, rate limiting, and access controls. Quiz data is stored in an encrypted database on secured infrastructure.

9. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
