These terms govern your use of the WiFi Diagnostic website and quiz service operated by Agile Tech UAB. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

WiFi Diagnostic provides a free online quiz that analyses your WiFi setup based on your answers and generates a personalised diagnosis with product recommendations. The diagnosis is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended as general guidance, not professional technical advice.

2. No guarantee of results

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful recommendations:

The quiz diagnosis is based solely on the information you provide and AI interpretation
We cannot guarantee that a recommended product will fully resolve your WiFi issues
Many factors affect WiFi performance (ISP speed, building materials, interference, hardware age) that a quiz cannot fully assess
For persistent or complex networking issues, we recommend consulting a professional technician

3. Product recommendations

Products recommended through the quiz are sold by TechFibrr. When you click a purchase link, you leave our site and are subject to TechFibrr's terms of sale, return policy, and warranty terms. Agile Tech UAB is not the seller of these products.

4. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide truthful answers to the quiz questions. Intentionally providing false information may result in inaccurate recommendations. Product prices, availability, and specifications shown are subject to change without notice.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, code, graphics, and the quiz methodology — is the property of Agile Tech UAB and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this service without written permission.

6. Prohibited use

You may not:

Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the service
Attempt to reverse-engineer the quiz logic or AI diagnosis system
Overwhelm the service with excessive requests
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Impersonate another person or provide false contact information

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Tech UAB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed €100.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under EU law.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
